Residential Concrete Formwork with 18mm PVC formwork for concrete

A residential construction project recently adopted JINGFANG® 18mm PVC formwork for concrete for forming concrete walls and floor slabs. The panels were cut and assembled directly on site using standard woodworking tools, with no special equipment required.

Thanks to the smooth, non-absorbent surface of the panels, no release oil was needed throughout the pouring process. After stripping, the concrete surface came out clean and uniform, minimizing the need for additional finishing work.

The same set of formwork panels was reused repeatedly across multiple units with no warping, swelling, or delamination. Compared with traditional plywood, the 18mm PVC formwork for concrete significantly reduced both material and labor costs per pour.

This project demonstrates how JINGFANG® PVC plastic formwork performs reliably in residential concrete applications — combining reusability, easy handling, and consistent concrete quality.
