Highway Concrete Formwork with 14mm PVC Formwork Panels

A highway construction project adopted JINGFANG® 14mm PVC Formwork Panels for forming concrete structures along the road alignment, including drainage channels, curbs, and small retaining elements.

The 14mm PVC Formwork Panels were chosen for their light weight and easy on-site handling. Workers were able to cut and shape the panels with standard tools, making them well-suited to the repetitive, small-scale pours typical of highway auxiliary works.

No release oil was needed thanks to the smooth, non-absorbent surface. After stripping, concrete surfaces were clean and even, with minimal finishing required. The PVC Formwork Panels were reused multiple times throughout the project without warping or delamination, helping to reduce material costs compared with plywood.

This case shows how JINGFANG® 14mm PVC plastic formwork provides a practical, cost-effective solution for highway concrete applications where light weight, reusability, and ease of handling are essential.
