Wall Formwork Application Using PVC Construction Formworks 丨Overseas Project

On a North America wall formwork project, JINGFANG® PVC plastic formwork was used to form reinforced concrete walls from foundation to top slab. The 18mm PVC plastic formworks were cut and assembled directly on site without special tools, and no release oil was required thanks to the smooth, non-absorbent surface. 

After stripping, the concrete face was clean and even, requiring minimal finishing work. The same set of panels was reused multiple times across different wall sections with no warping, swelling, or delamination, reducing the overall cost per pour compared to traditional plywood.
