Column Formwork with 18mm PVC Plastic Formwork — South America丨Linyi Jingfang

A construction client in South America selected JINGFANG® 18mm PVC plastic formwork for column applications on a multi-level concrete structure. The panels were cut to size on site and assembled into column forms without special tools. The lightweight panels reduced handling effort, while the smooth, non-absorbent surface required no release oil and produced a clean, uniform concrete finish after stripping. The client reported that the same set of panels was used repeatedly across multiple columns with no warping or delamination, significantly lowering formwork cost per pour compared with plywood.
