What is PVC formwork for concrete ?

PVC formwork for concrete is a new type of plastic formwork to substitute plywood/wood formworks. It can be reused ≥ 50 times in plain wooden structures, and more in metal frames which offer good protection to edges.

What's more, it's waterproof, anti-flaming, no need releasing oil, UV resistant, etc.

2. Same sizes & applications as plywood formwork

Its usage in preparing, handling, installation and assembly are same as using plywood formwork. No changes to the formwork structure and construction process.

JINGFANG® PVC formwork for concrete has excellent screw holding strength, can be freely saw, cut, drill, nail, and shaped into any sizes as desired.

It shows no shrinkage, bulge, cracking or any sign of deformation under -25℃ to +70℃. Actually, it can hold 200+℃, which is the temperature of  the manufacturing process.

Non-fragile in Winter. You can put it outside without special curing in snowy weather. 

11. No Need Releasing Oil, Easily Releasing and Cleaning 

With sustaining smooth surface and excellent hardness, JINGFANG® PVC formwork for concrete doesn't stick concrete stubbornly, which ensures it to be easily cleaned with water+mop.

No releasing agent or oil is required before and during concrete demoulding process. Easily cleaning.

Easily demoulded by hands, leaving the wall surface smooth and glossy without the need of secondary plastering.

What is UPVC ? What are the differences between UPV and PVC?

UPVC, the full name is Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride, is also named Plastic Steel, or PVC-U.  It is the upgrading of general PVC that removes plasticizers to achieve better engineering properties, so as to retains the rigid chain structure, and increase the strength.

It strictly adheres to the "Three-No-addition" principle: no plasticizers, no heavy metal stabilizers, no calcium carbonate fillers.
