1. What is PVC plastic formwork ?

 

 

A new type of plastic formwork, which is made of PVC material only. It is a different product with traditional GMT, and is the first and world leader in the world. It can completely replace the traditional types of formwork, especially the plywood /timber formwork. Now is more and more popular with different markets.

Our PVC plastic formwork has good impact strength. Its shore hardness is over 85, much higher than required standard. It can hold different concrete stypes, almost available for any application, such as commercial, residential, bridge, tunnel, etc. Resistance to hit and fall off, so it is safe from damage during construction.

Under -40℃ to + 75 ℃ construction conditions, no shrink, no bulge, no cracking, non-deformation. When our PVC plastic formwork is being manufactured, the machine temperature is 200℃. That is why it can hold high temperature, such as boiling water. In snowy weather, can put it outside without special curing.
