Wall Formwork Preparation with 14mm PVC wall formwork — Outdoor Job Site

An outdoor job site used JINGFANG® 14mm PVC plastic formwork for concrete wall construction. The panels were assembled on site to form wall shutters, with workers cutting and fixing the panels using standard woodworking tools. Thanks to the smooth, non-absorbent surface, no release oil was applied during setup or pouring. After concrete placement and stripping, the walls showed a clean, even finish with minimal surface defects. The PVC wall formwork held their shape throughout repeated use, with no warping or delamination observed.

This project demonstrates that JINGFANG® 14mm PVC wall formwork is a practical alternative to plywood for wall applications — offering ease of handling, stable performance, and cost savings across multiple pours.
