Wall Formwork Application with 12mm PVC concrete formwork — Overseas Project
A residential project in an overseas market used JINGFANG® 12mm PVC plastic formwork for concrete wall applications. The 12mm PVC concrete formwork were selected for their light weight and easy handling — workers could cut and install them quickly with standard woodworking tools.
No release oil was needed thanks to the smooth, non-absorbent surface. After stripping, the concrete walls had a clean, even finish with minimal patching required. The same set of panels was reused multiple times across the project without warping, swelling, or delamination.
Compared with plywood, the 12mm PVC concrete formwork reduced material cost per pour and significantly sped up installation time. This case highlights the practical benefits of thin PVC formwork in wall applications where light weight, reusability, and consistent concrete finish are essential.
