What are the unqualified raw materials of PVC plastic formwork ? Where do they come from?
To save costs, many suppliers use recycled PVC/PP/ABS materials to manufacture unqualified PVC plastic formwork.
Such materials are mainly recycled from the following 4 uncontrollable sources:
01. Labels for beverage bottles
02. Soft PVC products.
03. Temporary rain pipe
04. Unqualified used formworks.
The recycled materials contain much impurities and plasticizer, which are not UV-resistant and poor weather resistant. Concluding from our times' testings, even added with 1% of such materials, the finished products will meet with quality problems.
Such as: serious deformation against sunshine/concrete pressure like big U shape or S shape, can't hold nails tightly, or insufficient elasticity modulus, etc.
