The density of PVC plastic concrete formwork should be a specific value and be marked explicitly, rather than unmarked or a wide error range.
New and pure Plastic-steel PVC raw material has stable characteristics, so it’s easy to control. We can control density to be within strict tolerance: ±0.5%.
Inversely, because of uncontrollable sources, the original density of unqualified raw materials is higher than 0.70g/cm³, and is difficult to control accurately.
Wide density error range means wide controllable profits. For example, 0.71g~0.75g/cm³ leads to max 7% prodfit range.
