Quality discrimination of raw materials for PVC formwork panels

PVC Formwork panels, reuse ≥50 times in plain wooden structures and more in metal frames.  

Pay attention to differentiating PVC resin from white colored Plastic-steel PVC.

It is a widely recognized fact by every PVC Formwork panels manufacturer that "New & Pure Plastic-steel PVC" is the optimal raw material selection for PVC Formwork panels. It is white and colored.

If any supplier is unaware of this, it implies that they have never utilized such qualified raw materials for manufacturing. Instead, they might use: PVC resin or recycled PVC/PP.

PVC resin is also white in color. It is the raw material for WPC/PVC foam boards that are applied in advertising, decoration, or furniture, but it is not a suitable choice for manufacturing PVC Formwork panels, which is also a widely recognized fact by every seasoned manufacturer.

However, to cut costs, some suppliers employ PVC resin along with excessive calcium powder to produce substandard PVC Formwork panels, which easily gets cracking or being overly soft.

Therefore, do not judge raw materials based on colors, nor be misled by incorrect guidance.
