1. Definition

JINGFANG® Plastic-steel PVC formwork is a new type of plastic formwork product, which adopts “Plastic-steel PVC” as the only main raw material.

It has same sizes and applications with plywood formwork, but much better performances.

In plain wooden structures, it can be reused for ≥ 50 times.

In premium structures which provide good protection to formwork sheets, it can be reused for much more times.

Width: up to 1300 mm

Length: no limits

Thickness: 6~21 mm

Density: 0.70g/cm³±0.5% (standard), and the 0.60~0.90/cm³ can be customized.

Color: Turquoise Green/Azure blue (original), others can be customized, including white, black, red, etc.

Popular dimensions: 4’*8’, thickness 12mm/15mm/18mm.

3. Definition of Plastic-steel PVC & Origin of our product name

01. Plastic-steel PVC is the kind of PVC material mainly applied for windows, which have high requirements for strength and UV resistance, and should be pure, 100% new, rather than recycled or doped.

02. Since onstruction formwork has strict requirements for strength, so the new Plastic-steel PVC was proved to be the only qualified raw material for PVC formworks from 10+ years ago.

03. Our product uses Plastic-steel PVC as the only main raw material, which accounts for more than 96% (the rest 3~4% is for necessary additives).
