How to choose a qualified PVC plastic formwork?
There are following important points influencing the quality and price of PVC plastic formwork:
1. Weight or density:
The higher density, the higher weight, and so the higher cost.
So, when you compare the prices, pay attention to the density, or weight, or can judge from the loading quantity in a container.
This is the most important point which influences the quality and price of PVC plastic formwork.
Our density tolerance is within g/cm³±2%. We never sell to you a fake density. The order’s density is same as what we quote to you.
2. Formula: with or without wood & calcium powder.
3. Foam board or formwork board?
4. Recycled raw material: qualified or from others?

2. Formula: with or without wood & calcium powder.
To lower cost, many formwork factories add the wood powder into raw material, which leads to the fragile, unqualified strength, and non-fireproof. Especially under low temperature, it easily cracks.
Our PVC plastic formwork is made of 100% new pure PVC material, never add any wood powder. This is our unique formula.
3. Foam board or formwork board?
PVC/WPC foam board is furniture or decorative material, not formwork material.
There is lie that PVC/WPC foam board can be used for construction formwork. But actually, in China, no projects use them for construction. They are different products from PVC plastic formwork: different technology/applications/raw materials, with much lower cost than formwork material.
Our product is professional formwork material. We only manufacture PVC plastic formwork, and we sell to projects directly in China.
Decoration is decoration, formwork is formwork. They are different specializes.
4. Recycled raw material: qualified or from others?
4. Raw material: new or recycled?
There are 3 different qualities of PVC plastic formwork raw materials:
1, 100% new PVC pure material which is also called plastics-steel material. It is the only qualified material for PVC plastic formwork. With highest quality, but highest price.
2, Partly added the recycled materials from different resources, price lower. Quality is changable according to the final cost. If higher, then adding less recycled material; if lower, then adding more. You can't get a stable quality.
3, 100% recycled PVC material from different resources, the lowest price and lowest quality. The raw material cost is only 1/4 of the new material, very bad quality. Can't be used for more than 15 times.
In China, we are the only factory using 100% new pure PVC material, never use any recycled materials, don't recycle any different plastics or others' formworks. Please pay attention to this important point.
PS: according to years feedback from our customers, if adding any recycled material, the formwork will curve and become solft under heavy UV or high temperature. So must use 100% new pure PVC material.
