JINGFANG® PVC Solid Plastic Concrete Formwork Boards is a new type of plastic formwork material, which adopts "New & Pure UPVC" as the solo main raw material. 

It has same sizes and applications with plywood formwork, but much better performances.  

In plain wooden structures, it can be reused for ≥ 50 times.

In premium structures which provide good protection to formwork edges, it can be reused for much more times.

JINGFANG® PVC Solid Plastic Concrete Formwork Boards has the same sizes and applications as plywood formwork:

Width: up to 1300 mm 

Length: no limits 

Thickness: 6~21 mm 

Density: 0.70g/cm³±0.5% (standard), 0.60~0.90/cm³ can be customized.

Popular dimensions:  4'x8', thickness 12mm/15mm/18mm. 

Color: Turquoise Green/Azure blue (original), others can be customized, including black, grey, white, yellow, etc.

2. Same sizes & applications as plywood formwork 

JINGFANG® PVC Solid Plastic Concrete Formwork Boards has the same sizes and applications as conventional plywood formwork, including for wall, slab, column, stairs, tunnel, bridge, etc. 

Its usage in preparing, handling, installation and assembly are same as using plywood formwork. No changes to the formwork structure and construction process.

3. No special tools and trainings required
