01. What are the differences of your raw materials and others'?
JINGFANG® UPVC plastic formwork uses “Virgin & Pure UPVC” as the solo main raw material, which accounts for more than 95% (the rest 4~5% is for necessary additives). Most other factories use general PVC, PP, ABS, or even the recycled materials.
UPVC, the full name is Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride, is also named Plastic Steel, or PVC-U. It is the upgrading of general PVC that removes plasticizers to achieve better engineering properties, so as to retains the rigid chain structure, and increase the strength.
UPVC has been proved to be the most qualified and the optimal raw material selection for PVC formwork since over 10 years ago when PVC formwork was invented. This is a well-known point in this industry by almost manufacturers.
02. May I get samples?
No need to change your present system. PVC plastic formwork has the same sizes and applications with plywood formwork, can completely replace it.
03. Do I need to change the props distance when using ?
For JINGFANG® UPVC Plastic Formwork, generally we suggest the same props distance as the plywood formworks which you are using. But, it differs a bit according to the frame structures and concrete thickness. The stronger structures, the shorter props distance. Please contact us for more details.
04. What extra tools do I need to apply to JINGFANG® UPVC Plastic Formwork?
No special tools required .With good bending/impact strength, you can freely cut/shape/bend/punch JINGFANG® UPVC Plastic Formwork without worrying about the cracking. The same tools as plywood formwork will be workable enough for such processings.
05. Should I take extra maintenance to JINGFANG® UPVC Plastic Formwork?
No need. JINGFANG® UPVC Plastic Formwork can be exposed to any weather of raining or snowy, summer or winter. Our customers come from different climates around the world.
UPVC is the upgrading of general PVC. It has over 4 times better outdoor anti-aging performance than general PVC, with lifespan for tens of years. So, JINGFANG® UPVC Plastic Formwork has good resistance against temperatures and weather.
