There are 5 common quality problems caused by unqualified PVC panels formwork.

01. Deformation and non-UV resistant

Because uncontrollable sources include much non-UV-resistant impurities, so the recycled PVC suppliers can't guarantee the quality and purity.

This is why the PVC formwork made of such materials warps seriously under sunshine, no matter in what temperatures or colors or densities.

02. Unqualified nail-holding power

Because of uncontrollable impurities and added with overmuch calcium , the PVC formwork maded of recycled PVC doesn't have enough strength and hardness to hold nails/screws.

Especially it's  not UV-resistant, so can't hold nails tightly under sunshine.

03. Unqualified elasticity modulus

Again, because of impurities, the recycled PVC materials can't provide qualified elasticity modulus, which is the main reason why the PVC formwork manufactured from such materials bends seriously against concrete pressure.

As mentioned in the previous pages, such bending isn't caused by color, density, or temperature.

04. Shrinking against UV

Because of unqualified UV resistance, the PVC formwork manufactured from the unqualified raw material shrinks under sunshine, under no matter what temperatures.

05. Brittle and easily cracking

As mentioned in the previous pages, to save costs, some manufacturer use overmuch calcium powder to manufacture PVC formwork.

So unqualified PVC formworks manufactured from such materials easily gets cracking and being brittle against concrete pressure, especially in lower temperature.
