H20 formwork beams are high-strength, lightweight timber beams with a double T-section, commonly used in construction for concrete formworks, including walls, slabs, and columns. It's made of Russian fir wood and 27mm Poplar-Eucalyptus Core Plywood. Standard height is 200 mm with a flange width of 80 mm. They are engineered for durability, featuring protective end caps and water-resistant coatings, making them ideal for heavy-load, long-span applications.

Our quality control for H20 formwork beams:

01. The flanges are made of imported Russian fir trees, non-fumigation.

02. On the middle flange, one layer of poplar wood veneer will be applied, which guarantees smooth and flat surface.

03. After gluing together, perform a sanding process, to make the surface be more smooth.

04. We use phenolic glue. Other manufacturers employ melamine glue.

05. Strick quality checking, accurate control.
