Definition of H20 beams:

H20 beams are high-strength, lightweight timber beams with a double T-section, commonly used in construction for concrete formworks, including walls, slabs, and columns. It's made of Russian fir wood and 27mm Poplar-Eucalyptus Core Plywood. Standard height is 200 mm with a flange width of 80 mm. They are engineered for durability, featuring protective end caps and water-resistant coatings, making them ideal for heavy-load, long-span applications.

01. Concrete formwork support:

H20 beams can be widely used formwork system for concrete pouring. Acting as primary and secondary girders, it supports structures such as floor slabs, walls, and beams. Suitable for various formwork systems including scattered installation and removal, single-side formwork, and platform formwork. 

02. Bridge Construction: 

H20 beams can be used as temporary or permanent supporting structures during bridge construction, especially for the formwork systems and construction platforms of large bridges. 

03. Metro and High-Speed Rail Projects: 

For the construction of concrete structures in underground stations, tunnels, and elevated lines, H20 beams provide stable and reliable support, meeting the requirements of large spans and heavy loads.

Our quality control for H20 beams:

01. The flanges are made of imported Russian fir trees, non-fumigation.

02. On the middle flange, one layer of poplar wood veneer will be applied, which guarantees smooth and flat surface.

03. After gluing together, perform a sanding process, to make the surface be more smooth.

04. We use phenolic glue. Other manufacturers employ melamine glue.

05. Strick quality checking, accurate control.
